Chennai Mayor M Subramanian said Small Savings departments of other States have approached the department seeking dubbing rights for all 38 short films. A Rahman Khan, Vice-Chairman, Department of Small Savings, M S Ramanujan, Postmaster General, Chennai City Region and C Uma Shankar, State Small Savings Department Commissioner also spoke.The short films aimed at inculcating the habit of savings among the people will be screened at theatres all over Tamil Nadu soon. In Chennai, four films will be screened at the Elliots Beach at 7 pm every day till June 18.
