The former dancer and his girlfriend Victoria Prince welcomed a baby girl yesterday evening, naming their new addition Jordon Kay.
The news was reported by Us Weekly, with the U.S. website claiming two sources confirmed the birth had happened.
Stay-at-home dad Federline, 33, has been with Victoria, 28, for two years. This is their first child together.
He has also fathered two children with Britney - Sean Preston, aged five, and four-year-old Jayden, who Federline earlier said were 'super excited' about becoming big brothers.
Federline has another two children with his ex-girlfriend Shar Jackson, Kori, aged nine, and seven-year-old son Kaleb.

In April, Federline spoke to Us Weekly about the name choice of his latest child.
He said: '[Victoria] said that if we were going to have a little girl, she wanted to name her Jordan.
'And then, we actually thought that it was a boy, but we stuck with the name Jordan because, you know, it fits both ways.'
Asked whether he was planning to marry Victoria, a volleyball player turned special-education teacher, he said: 'I do want to get married. But I will wait until I have the courage to propose.'
