Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Marsha Revel has ordered Lindsay Lohan to a Beverly Hills court this morning to check her progress on a drunk driving case.
The court appearance stems from a 2007 incident in which she crashed her car on Sunset Boulevard in Beverly Hills and was arrested for driving under the influence.
She eventually agreed to a plea bargain that called for probation, time in a treatment program and community service.The judge's order was made during a routine progress report hearing on Wednesday.Court records show that no warrant has been issued, and they do not reflect a probation violation has occurred.Beverly Hills Superior Court Judge Marsha N. Revel scheduled the hearing to examine how Lohan, 23, is complying with the sentence.It's unclear whether the judge believes Lohan is in violation of the sentence.She spent 84 minutes in jail. It is unclear why Lohan has been ordered to appear.
